この本のタイトルを見てHANDSが目指しているものと良く似通っているな，と言う印象を持ちました．

はい、ようやく落ち着いたので、また自分を振り返るツールとして、Blog再開しています。
本当に、HANDSの内容と酷似しています。
正直言って、大学院の講義内容の「トピック」で目新しいものは、非常に限られていました。
それよりも、そのトピックをどのような視点から分析するか、どんな歴史的・理論背景があるのか、これまでのEvidenceをどのように現場に落とし込むのか、これまで明らかになっている失敗例から学べることは何か、といった、より深く考えることに力点が置かれていました。
まさに、「教科書に書いてあることは、教科書を読みなさい。論文に書いてあることも、自分で読みなさい。そして、それをもとに、自分の過去の経験に照らし合わせて、どうしたらよかったのか、述べなさい」、といったような課題が多く出されていました。
大学院のプログラムでは、Personal developmentを通じてReflective learnerになること、そしてOrganisational developmentに働きかけられるようなManagerを目指すことに、とても力点が置かれているように感じましたが、これはHANDSで教育的視点を少しかじっていたからわかったのかもしれません。
そうでなければ、なかなか見えなかったと思います。
