この本は、Leadership and Service Improvement のレクチャーも担当してくださった、Prof Burnes が書かれた本です。

ジャンルとしては、Organisational behaviour、Organisational Development、Quality Improvementになると思います。

とにかく「Change：変化」に対してどのように対応すればよいのかというのが、ぎっちり書いてあって、是非とも日本語に翻訳をしたいのですが、出版社さえあればいつでも訳したいくらい！
変化に関わる理論、方略、リーダーシップの取り方などが書かれています。

　各章の最初には、Learning objectivesが設置され、最後にはTest your learning部分が設けられて、さらに参考になる書籍や論文が書かれています。こちらの教科書は、こうした作りになっていることが多いようですね。　自己学習を支援するためなのかしら。　ですので、一つの分野を突き詰めていくと、どんどん孫引きで読むものが増えていきます。
　3cmくらいある分厚い本なのですが、比較的読みやすいので、興味のある方は、ぜひ。
